Diggin’ In The Crates: DJ Logic- J.J. Bailey

​I've had this song for years upon years. It's an all time favorite of mine that I feel can be appreciated by anyone. The only thing is...I have no clue how the hell I got it. It's the only song I have by DJ Logic and I do not remember ever trying to look him or his music up before. So for this DITC edition, I thought it'd be cool to see what the guy's all about...with all of you. This is what I found on his Wikipedia:

1. Dj Logic is a turntablist active primarily in jazz and with jam bands.

2. He was raised in the Bronx, New York

3. He's always been interested in funk and jazz music, and got his start collaborating with musicians in that field.

4. His own recordings are perhaps best described as contemporary soul jazz with a strong hip hop feel.

Pretty damn cool if you ask me. Now here's the song, of his 2001 album Project Logic.
