Submotion Orchestra- Blindspot (Maribou State Remix)

​I'm off to Outlook Festival in a few days and, much like last year, upon my lap has fallen a sun-kissed remix of a Submotion Orchestra track just in time. Before, it was the Planas remix of 'Finest Hour' that I listened to giddily whilst replaying Outlook's promo video; over and over and over. This time, Maribou State's remix of 'Blindspot' - the second song to be released/remixed from Submotion Orchestra's forthcoming second album 'Fragments' - is a pretty good representation of my changed musical tides since last year, I guess. Still real smooth, this slice of soothing house, bolstered by some bubbling bass, sounds like the moment you step through the airport's air conditioned foyer into the welcome humidity of a foreign car park.
