Shed- The Killer LP and XLR8R Podcast

​This is going to sound harsh: If you know who Disclosure is, but you don't know who Shed is, you're a fucking noob and a clueless plebe. My entire hierarchy of taste starts with this man—everything else is just shades of bro, shades of lame, and shades of hype. This post is proof that at my core I'm optimistic, because I'm tempted not to even bother with a post about the album he released last week or the undoubtedly next-level mix he completed for this week's XLR8R podcast. It seems like a good deal of my fellow college-age-and-below music fans are all out there listening to TNGHT and Supreme Cuts, completely unaware of and even more dgaf about Shed. Moreover, I'm worried there's nothing I can do about my peers' ignorance and indifference, and that I'm looking down the barrel at years of hearing you poops tweet and talk about aggressively mediocre beats. I guess I'll just keep talking about Shed with nerds and old people.
