This is beautifully haunting. Like going after something you know is bad for you. Monsieur Adi uses electrifying strings arrangements for this rework of “Revolving” while Spark (who is only 18) bares her soul over his dramatic orchestal backdrop. It’s an experience to say the least…go on and check it out below.

I’ve realized my favorite artists nowadays are the one’s who can’t stick to a specific genre. Mumdance, who has officially signed to Mad Decent, is one of those artists. From his punk-metalcore griptape, to his dubstep-heavy Global Bass Mix, to the super Arabic mix he did for BBC’s Asian Network, Mum is all over the place. “Battle,” a cover done of the classic UK garage track by Wookie, is just another testament to the man’s creative ability. The song is deep as ever, and comes as a preview to Mum’s new EP, The Mum Decent EP, out October 5th. Check out “Battle” below:

IT’S HERE!
Finally, after many many stressful hours, the new LFTF site is here. Please bear with us in these next couple days as we get settled into our new home. Thanks!
In these crazy times where nothing seems to be like it use to be, one man comes to relieve the music biz from all its pressure: PRINCE ZIMBOO!! Prince Zimboo is a rapper from an unnamed region near central Africa. He reportedly has over 500 wives and is never caught spitting hot fiyah without his signature plastic alligator. Though it’s unsure when Zimboo’s career began, he has most notably featured in the Major Lazer Guns Don’t Kill People… Lazers Do album rapping over baby autotune. Prince Zimboo is all that is awesome. Just listen to his recent cover of “Juicy” below, rapping about making it from his tiny African village to becoming a big hip-hop star…pure fucking win. Thank you Zimboo, we have mad mad respect for you…and in the words of the man himself…HEH!
