Five years ago news broke of a joint-collaborative album between two of hip-hop’s most mysterious and distinguished dudes: MF Doom and Ghostface Killah. Performing together under the moniker DoomStarks (…really?) and titling their project Swift & Changeable, the album came forth with a mere one track before vanishing into hip-hop’s deep abyss forever. Today though, a new chapter in the fairy tale has been opened–as an unreleased track from DoomStarks has surfaced. “Victory Laps” pins two of hip-hop’s most unique rappers on a dribbling Madlib beat.
