DROP THE LIME LOVES THE 50′S

You know what makes Drop The Lime cooler than your average electro producer? His fond appreciation for music that is NOT electro. Check out this live set he did at the Notting Hill Carnival music festival a couple weeks ago. Before going into the wobbly, bass heavy tunes that he’s known for, the first 10 minutes of his set is an ode to his favorite 1950′s doo-wop songs. I mean, who else does that shit? At a festival in front of people who for the most part probably have no idea who you are…you open with doo-wop? That’s pretty damn badass if you ask me…oh, and I almost forgot to mention the rest of his set fire as well. Trouble & Bass stand up.
